Meltdown is a guided, linear walking experience through a series of symbolic, story-driven environments. The player follows a set path through fragmented spaces shaped by atmosphere, memory, and emotional tension.
The project communicates fragments of a story through environmental storytelling and visual cues. Themes such as loss, detachment, and identity are reflected in the shifting spaces and their mood.
The current version represents an early stage of the project, focusing on immersive environments as a way of exploring the story world.
The story is intended to be further developed as an interactive picture book, with the intention of eventually combining both formats into a cross-media experience.
